"First and foremost the service was excellent across the board at the hotel. Valets, front desk, wait staff, bartenders to house keeping staff were very helpful and on point. The hotel has a bit of wear and tear but provides an excellent stay. A/Cs need a bit of overhaul but still kept room cool. Would stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel, conveniently located to Tropicana Field. Comfortable bed, good A/C. Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. We are 84 and 86 and it was downright dangerous to get into the tub to take a shower. No handrails! I do understand there are handicapped accessible bedrooms, but we had no idea how important it would have been to request them. Also, the water pressure was extremely low. It literally dripped out of the shower head. We had to fill cups with water to rinse off."
