"Unfortunately the City had an issue with its water having E-Coli so we were advised not to use the hotel’s water so we cancelled our reservation and went out of Pooler to a Savannah Hotel. Besides this the Hotel seemed ok and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

"The property is conveniently located from all major attractions at Hilton Head. We visited in winters so didn’t use the pool and other amenities at the property. The beds were clean and room was spacious. However, bathrooms were on smaller side. Breakfast was not hot breakfast but still has decent options. When we stayed parking was included but the staff at front desk did mention there is usually a 25$ parking (I do think that’s weird). "

"Mel and Eleik at the Valet called me by name every time they saw me. They brought my vehicle up so I could load my bags then took it back while we ate breakfast. When we came back from breakfast they had it back out front by the time we checked out. "

"Nice staff. Breakfast offerings were better than most. Clean. Nicer than most. Could hear highway traffic all night. Bed was not very comfortable. It is tucked away behind other hotels. A challenge to find at night. "
