"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"Lovely staff and perfect for a one night stop over. The room was a good size and had a bath which was a plus clean and tidy however did look pretty dated and tired in some areas. Loud in general the room was not very sound proof and we heard alot through the walls/from the corridor. The bed was very very comfy though! Squeaky floor boards however and no nets meant we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time. I would happily stay again for one night but not more than that."

"It is picturesque location, as i stayed for the businesses purpose i didn't use any facilities so cannot say anything else. Not as clean as it should, some spoons with an old coffee marks on it. Room was cosy, smells ok, i would say the whole place is a bit old, but place not smells old at all, seems staff trying to keep up to the their best there. Hot water, normal size bath, warm inside the room, nice soap, really fast wifi. Very squeaky floors as it is old. The only things upset is the...
