"We stayed here to attend a Cleveland Cavaliers game. It’s an easy walk to the Rocket Mortgage Arena. The staff go over and beyond to make your stay a good one. My room was upgraded to a corner room overlooking the theater district, which is beautiful at night. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was excellent. This was my second stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"The hotel was unique and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the parking and their lack of communication with the front desk. We ended up paying twice for the valet parking. When we checked out the front desk said, "okay now all you have to do is pay for parking." The valet gentleman said we had to pay but might have already at the front desk and to check my email receipt. There was nothing coming through.
