"Had the most comfortable 2-nite stay here. Spacious, lovely room with complete amenities and more - thoughtful touches like biscuits, chocs & sweet nibblets and coasters too! Mrs Jones is the most gracious host - wish I had more time to chat with her. Breakfast was a superbly delicious treat - was spoiled for choice. Was so full, I skipped lunch. "Me and my two other girlfriends shared a big room. It had one double and one single bed. There is a pub downstairs to eat but we did not eat there. For one night, it was a great location as we walked to see all nearby places. Very convenient. We parked in front of the hotel."

"As a working farmhouse, the B & B is at the end of a quiet road. It is set in beautiful countryside and is very peaceful. The nearest town is Haverfordwest about 3 miles away. Note it is not walkable to any shops or pubs but I knew that as I’d researched the area so this was perfect for me. The house is beautifully decorated and my room was just gorgeous. "Idea for a short stay as space for clothing was minimal. Basically just a bedroom and bathroom. Location was beautiful. Good base to explore south west Wales. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at The Hurdle. Really comfy and cosy accomodation and more roomy than we expected! Great location next to the church and alpacas outside our window. Visited Fishguard, Tenby, St David's and Solva, all a reasonable drive away. Property was mostly clean with plenty of kitchen equipment and clean bedding and towels. Although it wasn't spotless and we did have to wash the crockery and glasses before use. There was a pipe leak during our stay which the caretaker came to look...

"The photos do not show this place as it is. The main issue is that the bed is in a loft space - up a very steep ladder - its claustrophobic and difficult to access if your knees and ankles are not 10 years old. Couple that with it having an unexpected wood fired hot tub - and being left only 3 small composite logs to light it for 3 nights - not enough to get it hot day 1 - and who wants to spend the evening up to your arms in soot trying to light it anyway - say its log fired in the ad / say...
