Better pillows, more toiletries, and the courtyard lighting made it hard to sleep as only had blinds (not blackouts) and no curtains. "The room was beautiful, but the first morning they received a brewery delivery at about 7am and it couldn't have been any louder if they'd tried... Throwing the big metal beer barrels around for a good 10-15 minutes, bang underneath all the hotel room windows. I couldn't get back to sleep afterwards!"
