"Check in was great Larry the server was wonderful! I was disappointed that we could not use our balcony as it had a closed. We also went down to use the pool that is typically heated, and it was cold and hot tub was out of order. It would’ve been nice to know that we were not able to use some of the amenities that we purposely stayed there to use."

"We have stayed at a number of hotels in Bend, this one has been our favorite so far. Rooms are set up more like an efficiency apartment with desk, relaxation areas, and kitchen. Very modern/Scandinavian design that is a really relaxing vibe. We liked the breakfast a lot and also that there was a social hour with wine/beer and cheese to relax in the main lobby area. All the staff were really friendly and kind. We had our little dog and they were so sweet to her. We plan to stay here again next...
