The open floor plan on the main floor is so nice to gather in! It was great that most of us had our own bathrooms. My mom had surgery just before our trip and was in a wheelchair. "This house has it all! This has become a home base for an annual ski trip with a number of friends. We love the big kitchen/open floor plan, the pool table and lounge room, and the hot tub with the amazing view of the river. And, it's in a great spot...just a few minutes (drive) from downtown/the main street of Bend and about 30 minutes from Bachelor. Doug is also great about answering questions quickly and accomodating when he is able to!"

"Good bedroom layout for families with children! Could use a bit more space in a dining area and sturdier folding chairs. Sunriver is a wonderful place and loved the option of using the SHARC passes!! Snow made for a wonderful time with littles and bigs! (Might encourage your cleaning crews to take care of cobwebs in "up high" in the main living room, and in the upstairs bedrooms.) "The property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking items, grill was functional and the back deck overlooks the golf course. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds for everyone. The only 4 star category is the location, it's about a 10 min drive to the village/lodge, but manageable. Would stay again!"
