Check-in was a nightmare and finally a second receptionist had to come help because the original receptionist wouldn’t give me a room even though I booked online in advance and paid in full, nonrefundable. The staff was overall great except for one bad apple with no customer service skills. The room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Overall fine experience, except for checkin. Also, was hard to find an uber from there early morning and took over 20 mins to...
