"Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter in a twin room. Nicely decorated very clean room. The rooms were very quiet - must have very good soundproofing. All the staff we encountered were great, always very helpful. Only minor downside, we didn’t find the breakfast choice that great. Hotel is minutes from river & about 10 mins to nearest metro line - trams & buses run from end of the road, so very easy to get around. Overall a great hotel that we would happily use again if we were visiting...

"Very good experience. An attractive old building skilfully converted into a lovely hotel. My room was quiet and very comfortable, all staff were welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast included. Location was very good, castle area easily walkable and tram stop within yards which connected with metro."

So if you want something from the reservation desk you should go there. 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Budapest. 4 minutes walking from the first stop of the hop on hop off bus.
