"Could have been excellent except lights wouldn’t turnoff in room and heat wouldn’t turn down first night; staff said to wait until next morning for maintenance to fix! Opened window to try to cool room, but lots of street noise (& internal lights) = horrible sleep! They did fix at 9:00 am without coming into room…offered no apologies, no discounts or even coupons for a free breakfast or drink. At these prices would expect a lot more when they clearly were at fault."
