"Imagine staying at a property for the week and having to fight for a beach towel because of the ridiculous card system they think guests come on vacation to manage for returning and receiving towels. My first time returning towels they took my card and didn’t give it back and so the next couple of times trying to get beach towels were pretty intense and made me feel very uncomfortable. "Wanapa Boutique Resort was well appointed, and beautifully decorated. There was a peaceful and homey feel to the property, and at the same time it has a very sophisticated vibe. It is obvious that everything related to this property has the owners' personal touch, and care for their property is very apparent. The accommodation was spacious and AC and WiFi were working excellent. The on site dining was close to perfect, from the personalized breakfast to the Italian dinner, and the 4 course meal....

We had no bed frame- our bed was a mattress on the floor and the plaster in the walls was cracked. The bathroom and coffee machine were also dirty when we checked in. We loved the staff though- very friendly and helpful! "
