"At first after I checked in I opened the door and was put off by stains on the carpet and chair. Hotel definately looks worn down. I had 2 super thin pillows on my king size bed. Phone did not connect to reception. I would have checked out but was prepaid so went to reception. Very nice, apologetic and helpful. Got thick pillows soon after.
