"The room service should always change the cleaning towels that they use on each room because I noticed that my room was clean until the I had service and the floor towels that they used had bus and dirt from another room. The service was everyday which was great thank you. "

"The property has stunning views of the ocean if you get a room with the harbor view. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Little Italy, which is up a little hill. We became fast friends with Rachel at the front desk . She was very helpful and even got us our room early. She was so friendly and every time we saw her at the desk, we would chat like we were old friends. She was always very helpful and even checked on us throughout the day. "BEAUTIFUL tropical grounds with a huge, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Gorgeous setting along the harbor with walking path, and a marina & sailboats on other side. Room was very dark though - super poor lighting. Didn’t notice there would be a &20 resort fee added. "
