"The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. "

"The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. "Steven and Jeanette were consummate hosts. Wonderful breakfasts everyday but very pleasant amenities throughout each day. They had helpful suggestions on what to do and the best wineries to visit. They also helped organize tours for the guests. A beautiful place with a beautiful view. Can't wait to go back!"

"The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended."
