"Beautiful property that is extremely well stocked/furnished. Have stayed at several VRBO’s and often times there are kitchen items missing but not at this location. Lake views off the two tier deck or front porch are stunning. Excellent location to visit the various wineries and distilleries around the lake.we had a short few hour power outage and Joey was quick to update us.On the listing it states STEEP tricky drive and this is NOT an exaggeration! We only made it 1/2 way up in my FWD SUV."

"Grouse Haven near Keuka Lake was the perfect cabin in the woods experience I was hoping for! A quiet "away from it all" location, but 15 minutes to "town" if you need! The cabin was exceptionally clean and the owner had it nice and toasty and the fireplace going when I arrived. The listing photos are very accurate - looked exactly as I expected base on the photos, from the cabin and rooms, to the property. Everything is provided: cookware, utensils, bath and bed linens - it was super easy for me to settle in from the moment I arrived. It was me, my dog, the birds, and nature. They have a great trail just across the road, dog loved it and we enjoyed it several times during the stay. I absolutely loved the porch - perfect for reading or relaxing in the sun. While Roku was available and I did watch a couple of movies at night, I enjoyed reading a book I had brought and there were puzzles (a favorite of mine) to pass the time. It was wonderful to disconnect from the world for a few days and I intend to repeat the adventure! The owner was very responsive and did a quick check-in with me via text to make sure all was well. If you are looking for a place to get away and enjoy what nature has to offer, this is the cabin. Felt like home for a few days. "

"My husband's family lives near Keuka Lake. We were able to visit with the family, as well as take in some new sites, wineries/breweries/distilleries, shops, restaurants, etc. The house worked out perfectly!"

"The cottage is location worked perfectly for our group, even though we stayed in late November, we enjoyed the morning lake views. The cottage itself is as described, tasty decoration. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently to meet our 10 people. Sheets and beds were comfortable, I only wish we had few more bathroom towels . Overall we had wonderful time. "

"The location and view are great, and house is great for big groups. There was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with ample space. The pizza oven took a little to get going, but the pizzas were great. We didn't get to take advantage of the trails or outdoors due to weather, but we definitely want to stay again and do some hiking and enjoy the outdoor space and view."
