"Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there. Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops. Safe area along busy main road No pool but the room makes up for it. Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. "We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day.
