"Good breakfast with assorted fruit, cheese, hams, sausage, sauteed vegetables and scrambble egg , juices, tea and coffee..homemade bakery. Area may not be safe and sketchy at night. Don't show your phone or jewellery. Very close to mallplaza and central station and national museum in walkable distance. Would suggest to have a non - slip mat in the bath tub as I was almost fell down with slippery shampoo, body wash or soap Thanks to the support bar. "

"We stayed at this hotel twice, once to explore Santiago and then a brief stop back from Patagonia before heading to the coast. Great value, free basic breakfast, clean hotel, good location to walk to main attractions. Some street noise so recommend ear plugs. "

"Great for a short stay. Room comes with a kettle and you can get free filtered water from lobby that doesn’t have any weird taste. Hotel is a good walking distance to the big mall and to the entrance of the big park where you can hike up to San Cristobal. I arrived early and was able yo store my luggage and freshen up using the lobby bathroom and then got 2 hr early check in. Actual room was quite small but bed is comfy, no carpet, clean.
