"Tucked away but also minutes from shopping and eating. The room was quiet from external noise. However, within the hotel there was a bit of disturbance from activity in the halls and rooms above or below. Felt very safe. The rooms were nice and clean, but our bathroom needed some repair and finish work. Staff was professional, but not super personable. The lobby was a great resources for cold/hot water, coffee, and food for purchase. It also had a business center for computing and printing...

"When we arrived, the lady at check-in was quick and efficient. This isn't a good thing. There was no smile, no welcome, and no energy. This is completely different from our stay at Springhill Suites in Medford and Pleasanton (same trip). She may have been tired. Anyway - the premises is looking tired as is our room - 323. A refresh would be nice. "
