Nice quality breakfast and a good price. There's lovely grounds at hotel. Drinks quite pricey at the bar. Would defo return. Had a lovely weekend break"

"Easy to find pub/hotel with plenty parking availability. Very quick and capable booking in by staff.. Problem identified with room choice but manager intervened and agreement quickly made to booking (the error is the only reason I opted for 4 instead of 5 stars). All staff very welcoming and caring and although not the original choice of room we found it extremely clean and adequate for our needs. "Have stayed the last couple of weeks and cant fault the place at all, very helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms - stayed in the cottage room last week and Deluxe room this week, cottage ones are fine and have everything you need.. Deluxe are nuch bigger with seperate seating area etc, well worth the extra if you want a treat..."

Good lighting options in room, nicely decorated and very clean. Nice option to forgo cleaning/towel change in exchange for a drink in the bar. Above average food, friendly staff but food was excruciatingly slow to be served.
