"We booked this resort on Valentines 2019. A total of 6 rooms with 13 of us for two night. We got there almost midnight on Feb 13th. We’re notice, no one stay at this place only us. This place is completely haunted. Three of the room got haunted on first night. The second night, on of our friend got possessed by ghost. Only one hotel staff, at night time for the whole place. He’s didn’t even help with anything. All 13 of us got so scared and gathered to stay in two rooms. We’re didn’t sleep...

"We escaped Chiang Mai during Songkran and found this nice, little hotel up in the mountains. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff so friendly and helpful and the surrounding nature just awesome. The food is also great. Only the breakfast gets a bit boring after a few days ( choose between american style and thai style breakfast). Just a few minutes walk down the road you will find a small village with a shop and some restaurants. Bring cash with you from Chaing Mai as there is NO ATM...

"So...before booking this on hotels.com I did a search for "Chiang Mai Unique Mud Houses" on google maps and was directed to a location that has nothing to do with the hotel/resort (though a photo shows the actual resort). To get there I tried the "Grab" taxi service but it did not recognise Chiang Mai Mud houses, so I called the number included in my reservation to be told by the agent there (in reasonable English) that he had no record of my reservation and he does not deal with hotels.com...

"We had booked 6 nights, but only stayed 1 . It was so hot there that we couldn't sleep, no a.c just funs which blow hot air , not cooling at all. Next door neighbour had pigs, which makes very loud noises all night and cooks too. Don't take me wrong the place looks very charming and lovely, if someone likes nature/ basic accommodation but it wasn't for us., especially for our 9 year old. We stayed there at April where temp.
