"Beautiful location. Peaceful surroundings. Poolside space is very limited. Very limited options to eat outside the hotel within walking distance. Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. " Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "The view from my second balcony room was spectacular. The food at the restaurant was quite good. However, I could not get transportation back to old city or the airport. A staff member at the hotel had to drive me in his personal car. If you are relying on grab or other public transportation, you will be out of luck."

"This place is very beautiful and rather quiet but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get any sort of transportation here. It is located on top of a very steep hill and no mobile taxi service will come here. The hotel can call you a car but it will be very expensive and take at least an hour to arrive. You also may have to walk a long distance down the hill to get to your taxi with all your luggage as most cars won’t try to make it up this hill but the staff is more than happy to help you carry your...
