"The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed, good working a/c, hot water is working well and good breakfast. There is a nearby store where we bought additional bottled water. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again. "

"We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat. "

"A beautiful property set up for larger events outside of Bacolod. The rooms are spacious and in decent shape."

"The smell in the elevator was bad they were trying to mask it with air freshener. Room smelt like molded. Order from their menu and an hour later got food that was cold and to tough to eat. I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone. "

"Very nice new hotel for a short stopover. Good secure off road parking. Clean well appointed rooms and efficient staff Complimentary breakfast is basic Filipino fare but adequate. I would stay here again"
