"It was a great price for fairly large room - central location surrounded by many restaurants and girl bars - very lively streets - 5mins from train station - staff were very helpful - hotel was clean but my room had a “well used smell” it was slight and you became accustomed to it - but I probably wouldn’t go back because of that "

"It was great time to stay in this hotel in Sapporo. First of all, Daiyokujo was great to relax everyday. Covenience store is close to hotel and the subway station is also close. Although main underground street is not connected to the station, it’s close to this hotel. Airport limo station is also close. It’s not that crowded but still close to the main street. Staffs were also kind. Thanks"

"In Sapporo center next to subway station and super helpful gentleman at front desk with excellent English and going the extra effort to help with Christmas Day lunch reservation and finding ski resort information and directions "

"Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size."

"Nice Spa in the basement. Very convenient location. Room did not have a view. Very small room with low ceiling. Cannot open the window for fresh Air. Nice big TV on the wall but was not a smart TV. "

"I was traveling with my wife and three grandchildren and became sick while I was in Japan. The hotel called a taxi for me and had the taxi take me to a Japanese health clinic where I met an English speaking Japanese Doctor Who was able to diagnose my condition, and prescribe medication for me. This is the best hotel that I have ever been in."

"Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins."
