"It was somewhat accessible from the train station the ferry boats by bus a block away from the beach, restaurants and most of the local stores. Staff are friendly. If you order any breakfast stuff outside the serving time 7:30-10 am it will cost extra. The balcony door is a little concern as it doesn’t lock/close properly. Although the price is compatible one can get centrally. But if you just want a place to rest it’s okay"

"This hotel is located in the ghetto. We did not feel comfortable there and certainly did not feel safe going out to eat. The rooms themselves were clean enough but we were not allowed to bring food into the rooms. My daughter said the pool was warm, but they didn't provide towels. When my daughter asked for another towel, they said there would be an additional fee. I recommend avoiding this hotel and all hotels near the Pompeii Ruins."

"Wonderful hotel in the small town of Atripalda. Extremely clean and within walking distance to explore the ancient ruins but also the Piazza and landmarks. The staff was very friendly and made recommendations for shops, etc. to make our stay even better. Would most certainly stay at Hotel Civita again!"
