The facts are the access to the villa is up a rough rubble and grit track, it's parking area has well established weeds. "This was my husband and my second stay in this wonderful home. Once again we loved every minute. The property is in a great location with fantastic views from the courtyard. "The apartment is nicer and bigger than the pictures. The outdoor space is private and perfect for a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen has a full refrigerator and microwave which I mention because they are not in the pictures. Teresa and her family are wonderful. Whenever we needed something it arrived that day. We were lucky enough to have dinner with them. We will go back and hopefully see them again. The town of Cava de' Tirreni is a great place to get to know true Italians. It...

"The pictures don't give the whole story, but the bottom line is: We would stay here again. First surprise upon arrival was the 36 stairs that we had to ascend with all our luggage. Second surprise was the odor inside the house. It was most likely from a combination of things. An adjacent room in the same building is used to ferment grapes for wine, the kitchen surfaces had not been cleaned well, and cobwebs were in many places.
