"Comfortable apartment with a serviceable kitchen. No microwave and little hot water for dishes. The shower had hot water. Washing machine is old and rusty on outside and the door doesn’t fully open because of the bidet. Just be careful using it. It does clean! Smart TV in bedroom only. Quiet location. "For the most part the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment has plenty of storage. The entire building is under construction and lots of dirt from the outside gets inside. The noise from the construction starting at 7-8 am on most days was very disturbing. There were days that jack hammers were used right outside the door. "This is a beautiful property, but you do need to be able to walk up steep roads. It was so clean and it had everything you would need. The bathroom was really nicely done with lovely tile. The best part was the deck out front overlooking the water. An interesting old building."

"The neighborhood was a real Italian neighborhood and not a tourist neighborhood of tiny, twisty streets and passageways. It was a bit loud all day and night with people talking very loudly. We closed the windows and used the A/C at night and it was quiet and we slept well. Our hosts communicated well and were very responsive to our requests."

The area around the apartment had great food (highly recommend Al Dente!) and night life. Only down fall to this apartment was the neighbors dog who barked at every passerby. "We truly enjoyed this quaint suite. Location was perfect for us: beautiful views, charming town, good proximity to Amalfi Coast, Naples, Pompeii, and Salerno. You can take a ferry from Salerno to main towns on Amalfi Coast and Capri. Just keep in mind that having a car (the smaller the better) is a must for this location. Parking spot is included with rental which is perfect. The house is located in a private gated compound with breathtaking views. We would come back in a heartbeat. "
