"Lovely place, a bit noisy at night but it was Christmas time"

"Really close to Sheffield arena it is just a bed and bathroom with a cheap tv no tea coffee making facilities in the room . Light was broken in the toilet reported it twice do I hope anyone in room 121 will now have a working light"

"Perfect no thrills and comfy bed hotel. Slight issue with first room, window would no close so could be opened from both sides of the room. Explained to reception and i was moved to an different room. Staff where great in handling my issue. "

"Was warmly welcomed given room and paid no problems room was on ground floor no45 unfortunately the bar area was quite close and very noisy due to a builders Christmas party in full swing doing karaoke I persevered for an hour as I needed sleep I asked if I could move to another room and was instantly moved upstairs to a quiet room which was perfect So thanks for been so helpful great nights sleep good breakfast so after a iffy start it was a great stay thanks "
