"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "The room was clean and adequate for our needs, although the photos give the impression that there is a dining area but our room was more like a standard hotel room with the addition of a microwave. Having said that, the bed and general facilities were comfortable and the location was great as we were visiting the town centre, the City ground and the Motorpoint arena and all were within walking distance."

"This was our 1st time booking an apartment and overall it was a good experience. The apartment is very secure with keypads on both the front door and the apartment door. The apartment itself is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, good fridge freezer, good oven and hob, dish washer and the counter electricals like kettle and toaster.Bathroom with bath and shower is very nice and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed and lots of storage. "The apartment is lovely furnished with a full kitchen and it is very clean and everything you need is ready. The hot chocolate and the biscuits are so lovely. Staffs are nice and ready to help. There is an ice cream farm nearby. The milk and ice cream are fabulous. "
