"The hotel has excellent reception staff, and they have lots of information about the hotel and the surrounding area—quick check-in. Good room, although very small. The toilet is in a very small space, so you have to open the door to move around. There is no privacy at all, as the enclosure is made of glass, and at night the light turns on throughout the room. "The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place.
