Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4.

Duas coisas boas neste hotel: proximidade das Termas e cama confortável. De resto para mim não é um 4 estrelas. Água banho demora imenso a aquecer e não é quente... Quartos com pouca insonorização. Pequeno almoço com opções ao nível de 3 estrelas. Empregados parecem uns miúdos chegados da noite ... Sinceramente fiquei desiludida.

Tudo muito bom, comida, limpeza, e empregados excelentes de simpatia. Os quartos são pequenos e a precisar de modernizar, as termas agua com boa temperatura mas tudo muito antigo a precisar de obras urgentes e profundas e necessárias.

Colaboradores estava óptimas, atentas, prestáveis, simpáticos. Principalmente sra da Limpeza muito atenta e bom profissional. Mas os colchão nada confortável, frigorífico avariado (fazia barulho), faltou Wi-Fi, faltou agua. Pequeno almoço muito pobre, sempre mesmo, não ha variedade. Mas empregados da mesa super simpáticos.
