"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"We have just returned from our second holiday at this beautiful apartment in the gorgeous historic Grand Hotel in Mondariz Balneario (and I’m sure we will be back again). As we already knew, the apartment is perfectly situated with excellent onsite facilities, especially the pool!! and every amenity (shop, cafes, restaurants, bars etc) within easy walking distance.
