"The hotel looks nice from pictures unfortunately I was very disappointed when got to the hotel. The only great thing about the hotel was the stuff that work on the restaurant. The rooms was not clean, always missing toilet paper, towels or the very peculiar fact that one time when they changed the sheets it was duty. I wish I could rite better review, but my experience was not the good. "

"Estadia foi boa, no geral estava tudo em ordem. O quarto estava limpo, porém não estava pronto quando chegamos, e era uma hora depois do horário marcado para check-in. O atendimento no restaurante da piscina deixou a desejar, parece que falta coordenação entre os funcionários, fora isso tudo OK, nada que me impeça de voltar outras vezes. O café da manhã estava excelente e a localização é ótima, com uma vista linda."

"The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling...

"O local só foi reaberto para a data festiva de carnaval , e as fotos não eram da unidade de Itapuã, não tinha travesseiro, não tinha ar condicionado e nem ventilador, no anunciado dizia que tínhamos café da manhã e o local se quer tinha móveis de cozinha, foi lamentável , realmente só usamos para dormir"
