"Definitely needs more people doing cleaning the details are missing and one can see they need hire more cleaning people to give more attention to bathrooms and all surfaces we only came across one maid not enough for the entire floor"

"This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily...

"Close to the beach, but didn't feel very safe at night. We liked the hotel though. The room we got had a seaview and was clean. Some smell in the lobby, near the stairs, like mold or bad ventilation. We chose the hotel based on the location primarily. Close to the beach and the airport, which was good, as we stayed only for 1 night before continuing our journey from the airport. Wifi had good signal but was so slow that I decided to use my own from my cell phone."

"Não se hospede na suite, colchão horrivel, impossível acordar sem dor.. Os funcionários são treinados pra serem MAL EDUCADOS…. Tanto na recepção quanto na reserva. Apenas as senhoras da limpeza são simpáticas ! Ao lado do hotel existe uma construção de outro prédio, MUITO barulho durante o dia. Pra tomar banho é necessário buscar os pingos de água e pra se secar, é bom levar uma toalha de casa, pois as toalhas do hotel mais parecem um pano de chão, finas, manchadas, horrível. Muito triste...
