"Enjoy the stay . Just disappointing you wouldn’t apply the loyalty stamp for this stay. All because I booked through a different avenue . But still stayed and spent money during my stay. I stay with you for a number of reasons but this has put me off"

"Beautiful lake view"

"Stayed for one night in room 20 which is a family room. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, USB charging, plenty of sockets, large bath and roomy shower. It is also well laid out for a family room with 2 separate areas. The double bed for the grown ups was good, although the sheet could have been a little bigger as it kept coming off and wouldn’t tuck back around. "Kirby lonsdale is a lovely quaint little village to visit, it has good walks, nice pubs/restaurants, hotels, cottages to stay in , shops with local produce, gift shops and l9cal to The Lakes and Yorkshire. "

"This property is ideally placed to visit Grassington and walks around the area. It is clean, well appointed and first class en suite bathroom facilities. The down side is that there are a lot of rooms and a number of the occupants came into this venue later into the night. The doors are vintage as are the locks etc, so we found it a bit noisy and had a disturbed sleep. "

"A lovely hotel, more comfortable than I expected for the price Highlights are good, drinks, service, friendliness, bar and restaurant areas and general cleanliness They seem to be working on refurbs and my rooms bed was a little uncomfortable "

"Overall a good stay, free parking. Great staff, friendly, helpful and informative. Nice cosy warm large room with all facilities you would expect and a few extras (biscuits, water) Includes breakfast which made costs reasonable. Restaurant was excellent, food high quality, again reasonable price. "
