"Even though we booked this 9 months in advance there were no rooms ready, not because they were busy they just weren't ready. We had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned. "It started with a bad surprise, for which I would blame Hotels.com as they showed pictures of the Mahoora tents, but booked us in the Big Game tent… a lower standard. Once that issue was cleared, we truely enjoyed our stay… the Mahoora tent is amazing, in a stunning environment. Service is great, candle dinner is amazing… and the safari organization was perfect."
