"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "All of the staff were so kind and helpful. I loved the decor and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very good."

"There were ants on my bed. The staff changed the bed sheets, but there were still ants. The room was really dirty. Someone had smoked and left ashes on the side of the window. The building is very badly maintained. There was mold everywhere. I put my suitcase against the wall and it became white. The window didnt have a safety bolt. When i asked for a refund they refused. Overall i wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there."

"What a beautiful place to stay during Bali’s Silent Day. The service was excellent and we especially enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. The view from our room looked out over the valley. We enjoyed watching the fog roll in during the afternoon. We loved our four days there! "
