However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. "Hotel service very good even though we were late for breakfast n they still served us. Bus transport n front desk service also good. Room clean, big n cheap. "
