"When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. After talking to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged for another room on a higher floor for us with their staff ensured us satisfied with the room before leaving us. "We stayed in this hotel throughout our Guangzhou trip, for 6 nights. Hotel is well-upkeep, everything you need is there. What really amazed me is the washing machine in the room which I can do laundry without hassle. Hotel staff is helpful and housekeeping daily done to upkeep on cleanliness. Transport is no issue as we are able to get taxi, didi, super fast and conveniently. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed there for 6 nights. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, clean carpet, nice toiletries and room with a fantastic view. The staff at hotel reception was very helpful and allow us to check out later as our flight is 6pm. We will choose to stay here again if we return to Guangzhou in future. "

"The hotel is excellent and have good English speaking staff. However, malls around the hotel is small and don’t have many shops. But 1 subway-stop-away from the city’s shopping area. The subway is not to far but you need to cross the big road to use the escalator. If you have big luggages, this might be a problem. "
