"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). "Lovely rooms at a great price and reception are very helpful. Mildly disappointed with the food and drinks, very expensive for what it was and the staff in the restaurant don’t seem very organised. Also, adding the tip automatically to the bill for a table of two is a step too far for me, we aren’t in the USA, let’s not start pretending that we are.
