"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. "The day we arrived we first needed to clean everything. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. We needed to vacuem clean the property There are only 3 beds. The 4th and 5th person were expected to sleep in the kitchen on the sofa bed. Way too small for two persons! I would not recommend renting it."

There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway.
