" From the moment we arrived the cleanest, decorations and extraordinary smell of the lobby make you get in love with the place. The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. "The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the train and close to the city center with lots of restaurant choices. Very walkable. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was helpful in directions and restaurant suggestions. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated!"

"Right for a nice Verona's visit in the very downtown with your own car. Everything was up to the expectations. Wonderful the welcome and comodity kit. Personell extremely kind. All very nice. "

"Hotel and surrounding are very pleasant! Room is comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed. Pool is great! Food is average. Girls working in front desk need training. They lack info and panic if there was a line of people waiting! Not very welcoming!"

"We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."
