Initially, we were assigned a very small room with an exceptionally tiny standing shower. However, the staff kindly accommodated us by switching to a much better room with a view of Batalha Square. "Great location, comfy bed, superb hot showers, basic but with everything you could need & the Reception ladies were simply wonderful....very helpful, make reservations if needed and always there to give advise on places to visit etc. The welcome glass of wine was also a wonderful greeting when arriving in Porto."

A special shout out to Paulo on reception who was incredibly helpful and gave us suggestions and helped with the luggage on our last day. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Ideally located for the highlights of the city. Blackout blinds in the room and super silent aircon was a real bonus!"
