"Beautiful ground floor rooms and lounges, my bedroom a bit dated but clean and a comfortable bed. Reception helpful and dealt with a complaint satisfactorily. Would use this hotel again with a great location opposite the railway station."

"Hotel was lovely, friendly staff. The was food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Great location on the beach. The only downside to the hotel was the bathrooms need updating. Shower is over a high bath. The water pressure was terrible, the shower was old. Mould round shower glass. "

"The large car park was pleasing after a long journey and arriving later than planned. The traditional hotel interiors and our room was tastefully decorated but the beamed ceiling in our loft room was really impressive. However we had very little room to move around as the space was limited. We were very disappointed to find that we couldn’t relax and enjoy a soothing shower after our journey, as we were advised (by a written notice) that we could not have a stand up shower!!
