"2nd time to stay here, you really cannot go wrong for the price, just as good as more expensive hotels. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are all friendly and efficient, a credit to the company. The hotel was nice and clean, would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with children as the noise levels on both occasions were very low despite there being lots of guests"

"I saw previous reviews and think some people just moan for the sake of it, my stay and twin room did exactly what it needed to, the room though basic , was adequate for our needs, yes, there were a few mouldy patches in the shower room, but you tend to get what you pay for in my experience. I would stay there again."

"What do you get for £69 quid these days? Not a lot. The staff are excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the room is tired but clean. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9, with plenty to choose from and cold. The evening meal vast choice if you like Indian but only fish or scampi as an alternative. Very limited, as a place for workers good, for those who like a choice in cuisine not good and a longer stay not good. 2 days long enough. This is our second visit to this hotel unless we hear of major...

"Good location at Welcome Break Center off M40. Recent flood had damaged some main floor areas but second floor units unaffected. Breakfast at the building next door. Paid parking unless booking directly. "

"Disabled parking right outside entrance to hotel, EV chargers right outside hotel. The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable was no trouble at all. Staff like her are few and far between nowadays. Hotel is due a revamp in the near future I believe, which will further enhance the facilities and stay experience. "
