"Located at Gran Via closed to everything a tourist wishes to see with multiple transportation venues (metro, bus, etc). Breakfast was ok for a couple of days, one gets tired afterwards as it’s the same every day. Room was clean and very nice decorated, bed was way too firm for our taste. The rooftop was nice but too cold to enjoy it (November). The staff was friendly and attentive, overall a good experience."

So nice to wake up and take the 20 minute shuttle to T1. Super convenient. The room was discuss, clean and luxurious. It had a beautiful view of the city. It's a 20 minute walk or one more ride away from the happening neighborhood of Sol, Malasana, etc We decided to get this on our way out as well."

"It’s a great place just to go an have a sleep Rooms smelled funny, but they were cleaned. Their decor on the hallways are quite creepy though. But over all it’s clean and safe "
