"I stayed for 5 nights, I got there when they had just opened, everything is new. The staff were lovely. The hotel is about 7-9 minutes walk to Paris Dona, you can walk to town in 20 minutes. There is an indoor pool with sauna and steam room as well as a large out door pool. There was a buffet breakfast which had a good selection, only issue is the hot food was cold. The rooms are rapacious with fluffy bath robes, safe and fridge. You can request to have you breakfast in your room as well....

"Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great...

"A great place to stay. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. The area was loud at night, but we were only a few steps from the old town square, so that was to be expected. I would definitely stay here again."

"New, nicer towels and improved toiletries (at least body wash) would have improved our stay. The hostess was very friendly when we first arrived, but we never saw her again, resulting in minimal interaction with staff to ask questions about the area, etc. Location was great... it truly is in the old town, a 10 minute walk to the marina, but you will need a taxi to the train station1"

"3 star facility. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Close to everything at Praia de Rocha. Furniture bit run down. Sparse kitchen ware. "
