The building next door is vacant and sketchy but it is not - the area is being redeveloped. Dining options are somewhat scant under a 10- 15 minute walk, but there are many just beyond that. Parking is free in front of the building and available when we were there, but not sure if there are spaces in the summer, as there is a beach access and club there. "

"We had a wonderful week in the beautiful, spacious apartment. Check in and out were simple and communication with our hosts was excellent.We loved the location of the apartment, close to the marina with lots of restaurants etc. It was also a nice walk along the water to the old town and beach. The water pressure was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We loved Lagos and hope to return one day! I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to my friends and family. It is excellent!"

"Excellent stay at Apartamentos Tucha.Very central about 30 metres from Albufeira escalators this everything was at walking distance. Met Andre on arrival who communicated well prior to arrival and provided a good introduction to the apartment. The stay included free cleaning on 6th day which was done at high standards. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine and dishwasher but that is how it is advertised.There are launderettes within 10 minutes walk."
