"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"Nice hotel built into the side of a cliff. It’s clean and well maintained, if a little dated. The rooftop pool is excellent and has lovely views, the bar is also first class and well priced. Rooms are dated, aircon wasn’t working but other than that it was comfy. "

"A nice hotel very near the main Las Palmas beach and within an easy bus ride to the old town (worth visiting). The staff is very friendly and the hotel looked like it was recently refurbished. A terrace on the roof is also very good. As a special treat, there was a Carnival on, the main stage a short walk from the hotel. We had a great stay 👌"

"We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "

"Staff was above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommed. Excellent location - 3 min walk to the beach."

"We had a nice stay, we went in January so there were a lot of retired guests around. For the price it was worth it (compared to the neighbouring hotels which were more expensive) but our room waa directly under the dining room so there was always noise when they moved the chairs around. Other than that the service was very friendly and there is a spar conveniently located in the hotel."
