"2 night stay for doctor's appointment. I had stayed here before and liked the Hindley St. location. I had a problem with the main roof light in my room. I could not find the switch to put it off at bedtime. Had the option of all power on which gave me aircon.(which I needed) and light or darkness and no aircon. I chose the latter. "Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

"This is a comfortable hotel but the check in process is ridiculous. It required the guest to take a photo of themselves holding an ID and a receipt for accommodation. Also had to pay for parking ($15 x 4 = $60) that was clearly listed as ‘free’ on Hotels.com. Communication was difficult and no acknowledgement of the parking issue. Won’t recommend or stay here again"

"Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking. Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on...
