"Breakfast is ready and fresh coffee 6:00 they are not just getting there to start it. I need to leave by 6:00 for my job but love my coffee and of course small pots don’t not brew it like the commercial big pots. Always immediate hot water in bathrooms."

"Mr. Rob at the front desk was very friendly, as was the owner, very nice man. The room was clean, no weird smells, spacious and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked beautifully. (We like to sleep at 68*)The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. There is a sauna as well, but we didn't use it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "

"Well, my time in Panama City is finally coming to an end after a few false starts. I can honestly say that this hotel is a very positive memory of a time spent, ill, away from home. The staff has always been top notch and the property is always pristine. But what sticks with me is how staff remembered me when I’d stop back in for a few nights sojourn, the generous late checkout on days when I had bad medical news and the overall compassion of the staff. "Good budget Hotel. Mostly clean, definitely dated. We were there 5 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I got fresh towels from one of the housekeepers when she was in the hall outside the room. It was nice to open the balcony door and hear the ocean and look out the window to see it. The beach was right there, but the access to the beach was blocked for repairs, but no repairs happened while we were there. If you are looking for decent, low price then this fits that."

"This place has very good accommodations. Quiet - couldn’t hear any sound from adjacent rooms. It has easy and ADA friendly access to the beach. The unit was very clean and had great views of the beach, the pier, and the Gulf. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing breakfast and had good sized refrigerator, dinnerware, and cookware. Our stay was very pleasant."
